Trying to revive an Amiko Micro HD SE box, which has been in storage the past couple of years but worked fine before that.
Satellite signal should be ok as a TV with Freesat works normally when connected to the same lead that is used with the box. However, the Amiko box does not get any signal from Astra, showing 5% on the bars.
Tried to flash the latest firmware, but both Upgrade via USB and Backup via USB appear inactive in the Software Upgrade menu (in blue). All other options seem available though. Tried a couple of USB sticks but no luck.
Can anything further be done with this box or should I buy a newer one? Many thanks for any suggestions.
