The receivers ip address has probably changed. Search your network with DCC to check if that`s what happened.
Once you get FTP access go to /usr/share/enigma2 and delete the folder of the skin you just installed.
It should boot without crashing now.

Even though its crashing it may still have a network connection. Did you check to see if the ip address has changed?
If you have no network connection a reflash of your backup or fresh image will be required.

I just received this receiver but I didn't install any skin, I did try ftp but I got no username nor password, I tried root but no luck

Did you fix the problem? It happened to my Axas His Twin Plus, need to flash with factory recovery...............Mine is all good and up to date..........................TP
P.S. install skins available via the plugin online, this STB seems to be very picky when it comes to ipk.

Menu > Setup > Network > Password > Choose your password > Green (Save)
