Anyway to stream from ATV to TVHeadend on another box? AXAS His TWIN Plus

Currently I have an AXAS HIS Twin Plus running ATV 7.0. I have tried SatPI/MinisatIP/TVHeadend, none of them returns any data to my external box on my NAS. However the apps on the ATV itself can find and tune to channels just fine. Albeit wihout CCCam at the moment as I'm not sure how to set that up, I'll just tackle that at another day. As I'd like to access the stream from any external network. I'd recommend any advice given. TVHeadend gives this error with the DVB driver - here's the log from telnet. (https://paste.ee/r/PeVkY). For SatPI/Minisatip both sent no data (Last time I saw it said that it can't lock the tuner to the frequency.) I'd love any advice given..
