Zgemma h9 Twin SATA3 format error

I'm new on this forum so I hope I will not do something wrong.

I have Zgemma h9 twin on openAtv 6.4 my Sata hard drive die so I was order new one but when I want format this in my Zgemma was some error. So I was sent this away and order new one is WD 500GB 2.5 7mm and is new and the same story when I try to format. When start making partitions is error like on the screen. Sorry if I double subject but I can't find nothing about this and I hope someone can help me.
