Do not fixate on the hour's, sometimes its 1, 2 or 3 hours.
It depends on what can be divide to fill the 8 rectangles.

The sea at the next update. Can you make the hourly weather change every 8 hours?
1-8 9-16 and 17-24H
This solution seems better to me, all the lower windows are filled.

I guess the spelling is wrong.Try another (big) city first and check result.

Why should I try that? It applies to help which is blue underneath it. In that case I will ask for a fix in help
Code-city is like this in help. Is there something wrong?

this link shows the weather from Bamberg UK, not Germany
It is interesting that Bamberg UK has no choice whatsoever
Entering Berlin Germany also displays some other non-Germany
Please add this data and check how it is with you
