Problem with frequency scanning on Eutelsat 16E

Specifically is the problem with T -HT transponder 11512 H 30000 3/4 ( see in attach, there is no channel name). It's the same if I scan automatically or manually.

I tried to change with various values as FEC, Inversion , Roll- Off or Pilot , but always with the same result. Also is known collision between 11262 H 30000

and 12639 H 10833 ( example under Al Jazeera Balkans instead 11262 is 12639 or vice versa ). In this case is enough to scan manually again 11262 H and than

everything is fine. I also tried to replace with some others satellite.xml , but without success. My box is DM800SE.
