Hi.
It would be better to use downloading and compiling the Oscam source code directly on the Linux machine (Red Hat in your case).
However, I don't do it often, so I don't know the download and compilation procedures for Linux-PC (x86-x64) well. The SVN method is usually used to download and then compile Oscam.
You're sure to find a lot of techniques for Red Hat or Centos-7 on Google:

If someone has the same question, that is the answer:
svn checkout https://svn.streamboard.tv/oscam/trunk oscam-svn
cd oscam-svn/
make -j8
killall oscam
cp Distribution/oscam-1.20_svn11704-x86_64-redhat-linux /usr/bin/oscam
chmod 755 /usr/bin/oscam
and now reboot or executing: /usr/bin/oscam -c /etc/oscam/
