We have 2 units of Ericsson, Media First Video Processing Custom Hardware 2. Both units were installed on 2018 and since then there was no issues on it and all of a sudden . one of the unit has " Ambient Temperature Warning" Major alarm occurred ,although the Cooling of the uplink Room is maintained.
As the unit is out of warranty so we did Full service of that unit.
checked all the Fans Rotation .
checked the Air flow.
Everything looks Ok but still the Major Alarm kept coming. As the unit is Power On so sometimes it removed automatically and there was no alarm for 3-4 days and then the alarm comes back.
The other unit has no issues what so ever.
If anyone has any idea about it , do suggest me.
