guys a flashed a dm500 put a cline and i cant get it connect to my mums house any help regarding this

Is the network setup ok, can the box connect to the internet ?
Also which image are you using mate.

A bit unclear about your problem - I know your server is ok as per PM - so I am assuming that you are trying to connect your server to client box at your mum's house? - please elaborate on this - It is a client problem from what I can see.

If you have setup the C line properly on your server end then it has to be an internet connection issue as the client receiver doesn`t need any ports openned for it to connect.

ten the box can see the internet but wont let it through image on it is marwensat 2.3

Make sure you have CCcam as default softcam and is running.
