I tried to install the "enigma2-plugin-softcams-oscam_11.704-emu-r798_DEB" version on Dream Elite 7.1 image, but it doesn't install. Maybe because the Dream Elite config file path is "/ var / tuxbox / config" different from other images? Is it possible to have a correct version? Thank you
OSCAM.DEB won`t install on Dream Elite 7.1

Dream Elite 7.1 image, but it doesn't install
Just tested the file and it works, nobody else has had a problem with it the past 3 months. All configs are in /etc/tuxbox/config
install .deb packages in telnet:
dpkg -i /tmp/*.deb
Should it complain because the .deb has dependencies then try this apt-get update && apt-get -f install
Copy any errors from the telnet console here.

I had already tried before without having a positive result, but to have no doubts, I did a new clean install, but the result did not change. I am referring to image on DM920, so OE 2.5, not OE 2.6. Perhaps on the new One and Two, which I don't have, the path is different, but on the DM920 it is the one indicated. I attach screenshots.

Tried both commands, but it gives errors. I don't know if the screenshots are enough to understand.
I use telnet included in dccE2, I don't know how to retrieve the whole message, if you tell me how to do it, I do. Thank you

Maybe it's not the right version for my processor?

why not install >>>>>>>>Dream- Elite Extra for Dream-Elite 7.1 and Dream-Elite Panel 7.1 armhf
then you can download Cams from feed
Install the .deb and download the cams and softcam manager by pressing
blue button
Dream-Elite Extensions Management
Dream-Elite Extensions
There you will find the following sections:Dream-Elite Softcam (all soft cams available for armhf)
Dream-Elite Softcam Tools (Softcam Manager to make visible the Softcams, assistOS etc.)
Dream-Elite Configs (all configs for all softcams)dream-elite-extra_armhf.deb

Yes, I already know and use what you have suggested already. I just wanted to upgrade to 11704, because on the DE extras the latest version is 11682.
Anyway, thanks for answering me

sorry, you who tried and found no installation problems, on which decoder did you do it?
I would also like to add that I have no urgent need to have the updated oscam, it may even remain the version I have. But, perhaps, it would be the case in the right thread, where the downloads are, to let users understand which version you are downloading, perhaps adding "arm" or "aarch64" in the file name. It wouldn't hurt even if in a description the compatible decoders were added and with which images, at least the main ones
Thanks anyway for the replies

Please try this Oscam in Attachment hope one will work

What I was interested in finding was the .deb for the installation. All the ones I've tried so far don't work on the Dream Elite. What you posted seems to me to have already tried it, but I'll give it a try. Thanks

unrar and unzip, they all .deb files
-
The .zip files are just the oscam files to put in / usr / bin. Those I have already found working

to install OSCAM on DREAMELITE 7.1 please follow this tutorial
-
Forgive me, I know perfectly well how to do it, every now and then I enjoy reinstalling. I think I have already written it, the most recent version present in the DEP 71 extras is 11682. I also found version 11704 which can be installed simply by copying the bin file to / usr / bin and the two files emu-oscam-11704.service and emu-oscam-11704.socket in / lib / systemd / system. I was looking, if it exists, simply for a .deb file to install normally.
Thanks for the good will

Ciao
I believe that what I write is not well understood. I certainly had the solution on the DE as you wrote it with the .bin files and the other two files, not with a .deb file to put in / tmp. This I also wrote in my previous post. I don't want to repeat myself. I think the automatic translator does its part for misunderstandings.
