You can enabled subtitles in the audio settings.

What kind of media container is it?
mkv, ts, mpeg, mpg4 ?
AVI: ~ 1,4 GB ~ 50 min
Video - 1280x640, XviD ~3579 Kbps 25.000 fps;
Filters: BVOP2-NoQpel-NoGMC-Custom Matrix
Audio - AC3 2.0 ~384 Kbps 48.0 kHz -
It should actually be played, Emby only uses the Gstreamer which the default player also uses.
Maybe play with the Emby Player settings
can you direct me please:
when i check its only two option dvb-1 or 4097
