My clines Dont wont work anymore

hi guys ..i have Vu + Ultimo 4k .....i do hope someone can help me, iam getting rather confused now trying alsorts out lol...for some strange reason all has stopped clearing channels on any sat ..i used to watch bulsatcom 39e to be honest .iam not bothered about uk or anything like that only channels from around europe ...Anyway i used to enter my clines into oscam server File which was in ....... ETC/TUXBOX/CONFIG folder using WINSCP ...with the clines i was getting from internet also tried and tested by members .But now nothing works .i dont know if it something ive deleted by accident or not , iam not sure at all , ive tried uninstalling oscam emu and re install it ,ive tried alsorts .i have 9 files in my conf folder which are SOFTCAM KEY ....OSCAM.USER....OSCAM.SRVID2....OSCAM.SERVER....OSCAM.DVBAPI....OSCAM.CONF.BAK....OSCAM.CONF....OSCAM.CCACHE....OSCAM.

In oscam conf i have

is there anything i need to download in my plugins iam not maybe someone can help me pleae ..i dont have any ipk enigma2-plugin-softcams-oscam-11390-linuxsat_openvix_armv7ahf-vfp-neon at all ...iam not sure now about anything different ,ive been off the sat scene a while now because of the issues ive had ,so now iam trying to getting all working again hopefully .like ive said i dont know if something has corrupted ,ive even gone back to a very ealier restore point ,still no success ..ive been into plugins and downloaded the lastest oscam emulator .

Could please any body help me with this issue ...i Must also say iam a novice to all this ,so any help would be gratful..ive look around forums for the answers ,but not having much look ..many thanks .

iam learning my friend ,so please bare with me ,iam trying to understand what you mean, I put my ip address in at the top of my pc.i then logged in with root and my password,,I have a column to left hand side, George what would you like me to do in there my friend
