i have done the above experiment, using a triax 65X60 dish in Greece...
so depends also which 60cm dish are you using.
and i am not sure about the beams strength in your area ,(we are in the same beam in astra 19.2, we have difference in 13E)but i think it could...

so, i have my dish in Astra 19, what position i need to put Hotbird LNB? Left or right side of astra19, and up or down?
-
the "rule" is that the lnb goes from the oposite side of the real satellite position.
so if you are in astra19.2 , (and as the dish shows the sky-from behind) hotbird is moving to the right... so the lnb goes to the left (as we are behind the dish i remind).
the up and down... is more complicated , and it has to do also to our position... , but because the dish size is small it isn't so big difference. i think that the only that you have do, is place the new lnb next to the other one...

Ok. I Will try. Thanks a lot

It should be the right side of 19.2 E lnb when you stand in front of convex surface of the dish
-
In my opinion (experience of an amateur from Greece) you should take into consideration that during bad weather conditions such as heavy rain, the size of the dish might be insufficient, particularly for the non center focused satellite.
Take a look at the footprints of the satellites (at satbeams. com for example) on your region, first.

If i swap my Astra single LNB, and put this one like photo. Should work hotbird too?
-
no... they are calculated (the space between) for 1m dish . you may receive 9E (depends the signal strength) in 60cm.
-
So its impossible to have Astra and Hotbird on 60 cm dish. Right?
-
In my opinion, impossible should not be the right word.
Risky or not fully guaranteed signal reception under all circumstances I would say.
If you really want Astra and Hotbird, you'd better try a bigger dish.
-
??? reading the above, i have not the same opinion ...
using the above monoblock lnb, yes it is impossible.
using 2 simple lnbs, possible but not 100% ,also using a slim lnb (not absolutely the slim-slim, but one with smaller head) could help.
-
Perhaps I did not make myself totaly clear.
My answer did not concern the lnb in the photo, but two different universal lnbs, as precisely georgeflu indicates in post #12.
-
So i need to make somthing like this.
But on this image the principal lnb is to hotbird because the signal is more weak.

What is the diameter of the dish in the photo?
The footprint maps of the satellites in your location will be very helpful.
-
This photo is a dish of 80cm cm in portugal
-
In my region, Athens Greece, a dish of 80 cm is quite Ok for 19,2oE (center) and 13oE.
I do not know your exact location in Portugal, but, I repeat, the footprint maps of the satellites will be very helpful to you.

Ok. Just a little question, what satelite have more English movies? 19 astra or 13 hotbird?
-
19,2oE astra I think.

Astra have English, spanish, Deutsche and france channels. Hotbird have English, italien and i dont know more.
