I think it means that Rai1 HD and Rai2 HD present in the Vhannibal settings are not visible in many areas, therefore useless in those areas, they need to be replaced (the 2 channels). I agree.

SOLVED, but I was right. Changed picon's name from dreambox edit. I'm in Milan and Rai1 and Rai2 DTT were wrong. Same for Italy settings, at least for me. Thank you anyway
