There is nothing new in 11868, so 11865 = 11868 of course only with my binaries (Completely different from the public ones).

Yes it is closed to prevent unwanted discussion in the download only thread, Samur only updates when he feels there is a benefit to be gained, IE something new to add his version. , unlike the public oscam that has a new version with very little changes at all. Im still using a version from 2 years ago as there has been very little change to anything of any use to me.
