That issue was fixed a few weeks ago, try downloading the image again.

Good evening. Ok now you complete the installation. But if you run a software update or install some plugin (osc ..) the decoder crashes during reboot showing the logo of the BH image.
Practically during reboot it does not restart and remains stuck on the BH image.
-
the decoder crashes during reboot
Please provide a crash log.

Thanks, but the decoder stuck and I rebounded with the BH. In case I have to try again, the decoder does not crash (green screen) but freezes (does not go ahead) to the BH screen (black with white writing). In the hard disc I did not find crashes.log related to OBH. Greetings.

Crashlog is found in /home/root/logs Not on your hdd

If you get ftp access then you can get the crashlog
But I would make a clean new image flash with OBH 5.1 and do not restore any settings.

OBH 5.1 on vu+uno4k. All ok up to now. No crashes. Select 1080p and is ok, no crash.
