    So that's probably the cause and it's on purpose I wasn't imagining things :)

    And it seems to affect this server in a bad way, Because as you said probably it tries to autorefresh again within 10 sec and the results is the black screen when it happens.

    Hopefully this change affect most of the servers and the device functionality in a good way.

    Because I never noticed the same problem on the previous versions.

    By the way I'm using the exact same of combination of the players that I always use for the last 2 years.

    The good thing is that it doesn't happen every half an hour or so It happens just a few times during the day, so it's not the end of the wolrd to just go back and forth.

    Hi to everybody..a problem...i have octagon and opena TV 7.5 ...the last multistalker and the last version of plugin...why if i press IPTV to check multistalker file, the spinner remains Always in action and i have to reset the machine?

    biko just coming back again after a long period of testing and watching.


    From my experience I think that something is wrong with the new auto refresh.


    I keep seeing black screens almost every time I I'm watching a channel for a while and at some point it tries to auto refresh and then it almost never auto refreshes successfully and the result is a black screen. If you just manually press the green button It refreshes and starts working again.


    It happens in many different servers.


    I went back to the previous version and I rarely see this black screens anymore.

    I've tried to download EPG and PIcons in several bouquets I created from IPTV lists and from different servers,

    but I've never been able to get PIcons while EPG events are downloaded normally.


    What is the cause of this problem? Is it coming from the servers (which contain PIcons) or is it due to a malfunction of AJPanel?

    No, I want you to use the method I mentioned in my post #932 which in my case downloads EPG events but not PIcons.


    Create a bouquet from IPTV server and select the "Update Current Bouquet EPG/PIcons (from IPTV Server)" option.


    As you can see in my next post, I can download PIcons in the way you describe.

    There is currently no option to update the EPG automatically.

    When you are inside IPTV tables, there are a lot of data from the server including URLs for the PIcons. So, downloading them is easier here.


    The option you are using is outside the tables, and we have no links for the PIcons there. So, the panel requests the links fron the server. Some servers respond with links and don't (like in your case). This occurs mostly with Live channels.


    Solution:

    Since downloading PIcons is only required once, you can enter the tables and just use the download option to get them.

    if he have epg source for month then you will get that, if he have for day or more ---> you will get that

    I mean, can I use seome other source for these channels? There are lot of settings in AJ Panel, but I'm not familiar with all, so this is why I'm going to ask for that.

    I remeber that earlier, I do some connection between dvb and iptv channels and I downloaded epg from satellite, but I had to do that for every channel. This is why I ask for simple method

    There are "Share Reference with Satellite / C / T Channel" function on AJPanel you can try

    To change the individual IPTV reference to an existing channel (for sharing PIcon and EPG), this feature allows you to share any IPTV channel with the data and components of the satellite channel (which is equivalent to the function of Iptosat).

    By selecting a channel from local IPTV live, provided that there is a similar channel available on the satellite with its components and information, you can then choose the same channel name from the yellow button and then share, and finally go to the satellite channel and select it.
