H7C multi boot

Hi everyone, I have just purchased a Zgemma H7C and have the latest Vix image on it just bare bones setup. I know you can get to the multi boot options from within the image, the other day I loaded wooshbuild on the second partition to have a play with that but something happened and totally crashed and the box would restart in a never ending loop. Is it possible to get to the multi boot option from the box on start up so I can get back to the working image? Thanks.
