Problem with Diseqc motor and rain

  • I have a 15 year old diseqc motor (bigsat with a dm900 uhd) that started with a strange behavior: whenever it rains the engine runs by itself to the east limit.

When I rotate it again to a new pisition, sometimes it stays on the satellite for a while until it returns back to the limit, other times it doesn't even leave that limit.

In a dry day it works without problems...

I have already checked the F connectors and they are well insulated from water and moisture. I've already changed all the cables and the LNB... and the behavior in the rain remains the same...

Could this be a sign of the end of the motor's life?
