Chroma subsampling - Wikipediaen.wikipedia.orgin few words is a transmission type that cannot be decoded by the majority of consumer's devices (i know it's not the correct definitation but just to give the idea that is usually for professional uses)
anyway the feed you reporter is black because they are not transmitting any video

I was wondering if in addition to the frequency 11538 H 9599 there was an alternative frequency.
One question, Mediaset Italia has officially used these frequencies: ( 11537 - H - 9230 ) ( 11547 - H - 4874 ) why were different frequencies provided on social networks? what could it depend on? ( I ask this question because for the same transmission with the same cw they are on different social networks, different frequencies. )
