that channel is nagra. You need regular subscription or different ways to get keys

Rather than me trying to explain how to add biss keys in the right format to enigma2 (if you search the forum i have explained this is great detail before)
it is easier for me to give you a simple solution, use this plugin HERE
setup the plugin, pointing it to the correct location of your softcam.key file and enter the biss key with your remote control, restart oscam and enjoy.
