You are using the wrong command. I asked you to start from post #9.
The image used doesn`t have any feeds, so you won`t be able to download anything with the opkg install enigma2-plugin-extensions-lcd4linux command.

On post #9 it has this opkg --force-reinstall --force-overwrite install /tmp/*ipk
I can't I think I'm going to try it out lol I put the plug-in in temp
Because you are using an image that is over 3 years old, there is no online feeds to download plugins or any dependencies they require.
I advise you to update the image then you can use all the latest plugins.

I have changed somewhere in the settings so now the LCD screen is off, I can't find where in the settings I have changed, I see all the screens in settings but not on the LCD display.
