DM900-dpkg was inerrupted

I can't download anything online or manually upload, how to solve the problem:
E:dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run dpkg....
I tried command "dpkg --configure -a" without success.

Any advice will be appreciated.

As I mentioned before, I can't download anything either online or manually via temp.

When I try to install dpkg online I get this information:
E: There are problems and-y was usedwithout-force-yes

Problem solved so that I had to install everything from the beginning Factory reset,Image,Settings, etc. then install the opkg online again, now it works normally.
