dm 800sev2 sim2 no ca found

dm 800 se v2 #88a no ca found message how can i recover box

i try with back side button mini flash but nothing

please guide me in detail

receiver not have serial port

i recover my dm 800se v2 by pressing again and again back side given mini flash button press at atime mini flash and front power button after many tries recover box
