audio lenguage

Not knowing how it works technically, I ask this question : if I watch a film on a German channel and I can only select either German or English language ; would there be a way to bypass another language knowing that the same movie exists in other languages too? or does it depend on the source from where it is transmitted?

I think it relies of the audio stream. I am not an expert but if the audio soundtrack is not here there is no possibility to add it. But you can get subtitles on the Internet with Kodi or Osmc.
