I can read the log.txt file. I do not know what I can do.

The server is rejecting your request. There s nothing you can do about it.

It's a thing that comes from the configuration in oscam.server ?

There are no settings you can change that will allow something the server is blocking.
Talk with your server.

How can I talk with the server ?

How can I talk with the server ?
If you don`t know where you are getting your channels from how are we supposed to know?
-
I am getting the channels from satellite 19.2 E Movistar + provider. But to talk with a server is a thing that I do not understand.
-
Is this an original card? Or a share from some provider/server?
-
I think it's an emulate card. I do not know much more.

I think it's an emulate card.
That means its coming from a server and not your own real card.
Not much we can do to help unfortunately. You`ll need to speak to whoever gave you that emulate card.
-
My card does not exist. It's a virtual card. I do not know people that share the same enthousiasm for satellite decryptions in my town. I do not speak of this passion to people that I know. It's a hobby that do not interest my friends. The server does not let my receiver to access it. You advise me to give up those servers that come from the upload center of a well known sallelite site which has the supremacy on the net over the CCcam servers.

I`m not advising you to give up anything. My advise from the start was to speak with this "well known satellite site" because the problem is coming from their end and there is nothing you can change within oscam that will bring those channels back.
