Edision Mio 4K Plus swapfile

I see a swapfile using up 1024M memory on Edision Mio 4K Plus stb, I know that you can store four images, is it possible to allocate all that memory together if you don't want to run 4 images?

seems like a waste of memory.

Is this file safe to delete using the command below in telnet?

rm -f /swapfile

It is taking up a lot of memory, can anyone tell me what is it used for, I do not see any such file on the Edision Nino Plus stb
