  • hello,

when I insert the usb flashdrive into the usb 3.0 input the decoder (the usb output on the right side) freezes and restarts, what could it be? I tried all the formats with different system files, but the problem remains, thanks to whoever will help me to solve the problem.

  • Change the usb flash drive with a new one Good quality. It is clear that the flash drive is damaged, or has a virus, or is not

compatible with the receiver & Put it in the receiver while it is off

Or try with it using the method in my next topic in the forum

  • thanks for the reply, i tried with 3 different flashdrives, but with the same problem...

All that we need in order to repair the defective flash memory or that has software problems is the MiniTool Partition Wizard

  • Try to experiment with the recovery mode to see if the problem is with the image

nothing is just a hardware incompatibility problem with the usb 3.0 output, the decoder suddenly stops working and crashes. I don't want to do other tests otherwise I risk ruining my STB.

if anyone encounters this problem let me know here.

    PS.

all flashdrives work normally on the back of the decoder, with no lockup.
