But you need to check few things

- you have to reception the sat and have signal for channel

- add channel to white list manual or download list

- must have supported server provid that channels

Then post the log file of switching to Sky channels.

That's probably your provider's fault, I think.

It's easy to check whether it's coming from your line provider. Just get an OSCAM test line from Dr. G..gle. There are tons of them online.
