*** it ID: O9CD but i get unknown network-id fbff ?

iám testing on my VMmachine and this problem is giving me gray hear.

But i get the error from events:

i try to call the cannel is 2645, but i get a error that the fbff is not correct.
can anyone tell me wat i'am doing wrong ?.

when i test the ID in CCcam is see "local 09cd:000000"

i was trying in that on my DM800 (192.168.1.35) and its more a test becourse i like to learn the protocol from csp, but i dont understand the error.
Becourse i think its not the correct "error" message
