Oscam works fine on AFN But No Video on SIS Channels on astra 4.9 EAST

Any one out there that can tell me why this happens ??????????????

I can not access 4.9e, but the symptom seems same as on discovery channels since last year: audio but no video.

they did change something into the encryption area: powervu+, or something else...

?? all SIS -Channels ok today,video and audio(MEZ 22h30)simple powervu hashmode 0.....
