Subtitles with KodiLite How To

To play subtitles with a movie using KodiLite 9.0 - please follow these steps :-

1. Download the movie with KodiLite 9.0. At present - only the racaty link downloads.

Note the folder where the video file is downloaded.

2. Download the subtitles file using a subtitles site (for example h**ps://subscene.com/ . Follow the instructions for search.

The downloaded file - if zipped - unzip to find the .srt file.

3. Put the .srt file in the in the same folder as the downloaded movie file. Rename the .srt file to have the same name

as the movie file. For example The-Menu.mp4 and The-Menu.srt.

4. Install the attached addon plugin.video.vidplayer-1.0.1 in KodiLite 9.0 . In the addon - find the movie .mp4 file and select to play.
