Manually add new sat frequencies

wanting to manually add a frequency directly from the decoder how should I do?

( I am not referring to the procedure to take the " satellites.xml " file via ftp with the pc and modify it, but if there is a plugin that directly from the decoder gives the possibility to add new frequencies and save them. )
