I can't see the Rakuten picons again, have they changed their identifier ?
Is the configuration right ?

Find this file RakutenDownload.py in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/RakutenTV/ and replace it in the USB port.
I was able to visualize it by myselfCerca questo file RakutenDownload.py in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/RakutenTV/ e sostituisci in posizione per averlo in usb.
Io solo così sono riuscito poi a visualizarli

I don't use usr/share/enigma2/picon as directory because If I load another image they disappear, I use media/usb/picon so I have a backup.
Check if the folder usr/share/enigma2/picon is empty, if not empty, delete or cut the picon inside and past in media/usb/picon.
This is the trick the folder usr/share/enigma2/picon must be empty.
After all the tests, the identifier is different.
Fatte tutte le prove, identificativo è diverso.

Azzurra what image are you using Rakuten on? ..... look me on ATV haven't been able to get them to show lately.
On Egami they can be seen very well by loading the picons on the HDD ... my config is like a photo and the result too.
Now I pass you the picons for 4097 and put them on hdd.

Picons first appeared in Openatv 7.3, not now.

Azzurra su che immagine stai usando Rakuten? ..... guarda io su ATV non sono riuscito a farli mostrare ultimamente.
Su Egami si vedono benissimo caricando i picon su HDD ... la mia config e come foto ed il risultato anche.
Ora ti passo i picon per 4097 e li metti su hdd.
