QVIART DUAL 4K NOT BOOTING EVEN AFTER FLASHING IT WITH HITOOL

Kindly assist me , my Qviart Dual 4K is not booting even after flashing it with Complete dump of my device Hi3798MV200-Qviart DUAL 4K_V1.02 [12012023] . When I format it , it boots to android but I can not update it or install channels. It gives DVB module initializing and can not allow to either install channels or update it with any firmware. However, android applications are working like youtube, google playstore, etc. After reset using Hitool, on E2 it now boots with Openspa image but the remote does not work to configure the image. When you press the reset but it does not re-install factory software like what other boxes do. Is there any way to correct this problem? Or does it mean that is the end of the box it should just be thrown away? Please assist me and thanks in advance
