your telnet log display as ther are important package needed and your feed not support
python3-zoneinfo
try to download that package from other image and install it manually

I tried it on Pli9.0 and I don't compare in plugins even if I fixed everything correctly... and sooner or later I will succeed :)
Then I tried Pli 8.3 and with an old version without installing advanced things and it worked fine

Try to change between PVR Player on multistalker setting
- default are 1(Hardware)
There are several player as :
(DVB Stream)
4097 = (servicemp3)
5001 = (GST Player)
5002 = (Ext-3 EPlayer)
8192 = (HDMI input)
8193 = (eServiceUri)
- Multiple subtitle files for movies are only displayed through the player (5002 / 4097)
- Recording from live channels displayed from IPTV works only through the player (4097)

biko just coming back again after a long period of testing and watching.
From my experience I think that something is wrong with the new auto refresh.
I keep seeing black screens almost every time I I'm watching a channel for a while and at some point it tries to auto refresh and then it almost never auto refreshes successfully and the result is a black screen. If you just manually press the green button It refreshes and starts working again.
It happens in many different servers.
I went back to the previous version and I rarely see this black screens anymore.
Just sharing my experience.
