Just uninstall plugin

opkg remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-streamlinkproxy_6.7.1_all

download it again plugin from this post --> RE: Streamlinkproxy Python3 Only!

copy ipk to /tmp in your device via FTP

Install

opkg install /tmp/enigma2-plugin-extensions-streamlinkproxy_6.7.1_all.ipk

I think you downlod previous version that it doesnt have a library. thats why it doesnt start. download latest one and it will work.
