I have a DM 920 with an internal green LED that is still on in all conditions ( Stand by, recording , etc )

How can disable it ?

Why use in this box OpenATV? Best image on this box is original unstable + GP4.2, try this, problem with green light in openATV , in my box no problem, try flash again

HI,
that internal LED in the decoder has nothing to do with the tuner LED...it can't be turned off...when it is turned off the tuner is broken.
