Yes, it does nothing. Instead, the program searches for the IP address of each channel to use with other programs for scanning.
You take the IP obtained from each channel and scan it for exploits with the program 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻_𝗫𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺_𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 or TEAM-KAKASHI-PAPY-GOGO-EXPLOIT

It depends on whether the m3u link is blocked in scanning or not.Sometimes the server cannot find the exploit and must scan with user_pass.
