I solved it.It needed two .dll files (from VLC app because it uses VLC player). and the dev didn't include them when he compiled the .exe.

Can You Put Your Corrected One Here For the test?

I can't seem to upload it.Don't know why.
But all you have to do is add in the directory where the EXE file is these files from VLC : libvlc.dll, libvlccore.dll. That's it.
In my case the stream wasn't playing so I added the plugins folder from vlc and then it worked.But I don't like the way it opens the channels.Very slow...in my case anyway.Not best for using it for stream playing.

Thanks! I checked, everything works for me even without adding these dlls. I also have different portals, they open at different speeds, and I think this is normal.

Thank you very much for the program. It checks m3u links very quickly and accurately, making it the best choice for checking online (watchable) links. It also converts m3u links faster than Sfvip player. I've been looking for an accurate program to check M3u links for a long time. Very excellent.

Why not use ATLAS_ALL_IN_ONE_V3_Crackdroid to scan m3u files? It checks online and offline links more accurately than the .py file you're planning to use.

If you mean the "ATLAS_ALL_IN_ONE_V3_Crackdroid" scanner, you must have the "64-bit VLC" program installed on your PC. It doesn't work with the 32-bit version due to a missing DLL error.
