adding local card to oscam | UNKNOWN (no entitlements)

Hi I have oscam 1.20_svn r11693 compiled with pcsc, local conax card no pairing needed, and omnikey 3121

when scanning linux card is working and correctly inserted,

card is active and has subscription, it works with stb that came.

Got a new card and tried and tried all ports 0-3 but same error, tried this card also no pairing needed on a module different from box its working.

Appreciate all your help master G, any idea what is the issue ?

its a local card for dvb-c, not a big provider

I know this works because some other people are doing the same, using same cards and oscam but i can't get to do it here, anyway we can chat on private ?

Can you help with this im still having this problem ?
