Zgemma H9 combo Hard drive

Hi I have a zgemma H9 combo I want to fit internal hard drive 2.5 what I need to know will it take a 640GB hard drive or does it have to be a 500GB drive also I need to know what format should it be the place I'm buying it from gives me 3 different ones it says it comes factory formated or Fat32 format or Linux Ext 3 format can you tell me which one before I buy thanks

You should be OK

I have the H9 Twin SE & have a Samsung 1TB V-NAND SSD 860 EVO SATA III 2.5" SSD in my Zgemma formatted to ext4 & have no issues with it.
