Net subtitles on Gtmedia v8x and similar

On gtmedia v8x there is an option for net subtitles but does nothing. Has anyone succeeded on displaying subtitles downloaded over the internet?

Same with my v8uhd, never but never finds subtitles.

Lets hope this is fixed in a feature update.

It looks like it's the end of mars support to me, latest firmware update was in november the 8th 2023 (v.1.10.8734), four months ago!

Noooo, they could have done some upgrades tooo.

I hope thats not the end of mars, works ok so far.
