My modification of the Pingu&Masterpolo by Tolek 7 skin

Since the skin was originally based on the DarkSky weather plug-in, and the weather provider no longer works, I cut off this provider, leaving only OpenWeathermap.

In the skin, all weather is also designed for the operating provider.

A version of the skin with prescribed weather for the OpenWeatherMap plugin
