Hi guys , i want to open feed 4.2.2 conecting my icone wegoo with hdmi video capture , i can open of normal channels but i cant open codec 4.2.2 , i tested with vlc and media player classic , any idea ??

you cannot, you are doing decoder -> video caputer -> pc
the problem is the decoder that cannot decode 4:2:2 channels.
You need the ts stream from the decoder and decode it with pc (vlc or mpv)
