Hd51 doesn't start

There are 4 replies in this Thread which was already clicked 263 times. The last Post () by pastrank.

    I've a Mut@nt HD51, that I've not used for a while. Over the decoder run OpenATV 7.1, and there are the four slots with differents backups. Restarting it after some months, it seems bricked, stopping the boot sequence when showing the full screen logo of OpenATV. I've tried to flash a new image, but it seems to not boot, while ssh access is probably working, but don't recognize root password.

    What should I try? I will buy a new usb key, but probably that's not the problem...

    Connect the console to RS232, stop the boot CTRL C, try booting from another slot

    The problem is that the HD 51 has not serial port. I will try attaching a keyboard. Curious is that ssh doesn't permits the access, I'm sure of the passwords due I save always them in a external application.
