if some countries and isp are blocking these domains. you probably need to add a test to see if the urls 404
if you get 404 response then maybe try the other mirror sites. (as listed in the original post). Cycle through them.
If any don't 404, save that url and use that for the plugin functionality.

Unfortunately this new update does not solve my problem either.
I tested on an Ultimo4K with OpenATV 7.3 and 7.4, on a GB Quad 4K with OpenATV 7.2 and 7.3.
First without setting SystemAPP extPlayer3 and then by activating it.
The result is identical, the screen remains black.
However the plugin is installed, I see each country presented with a list of channels for each and I manage to transfer it to my favorites
There are no crashes when using it, so it is impossible for me to publish the crash log
Maybe a parameter to adjust in SystemAPP?
This is a bit strange because previously I didn't have a problem with Vavoo channels that were present in another plugin.
I also just tested in IPV4, it doesn't work either.

I agree with everything you have said for I also have the same problem.. tried all as above and also get black screen and vavoo has always worked for me through the other plug in as well... On vu solo4k open atv. 7.4
