Hello, Im using OpenATV with Vuzero 4k. I have a problem that some channels i have to rescan for them to work, othervise when i normally send the bouquet from dreamboxedit application some channels are not working, they have black image and SNR shows 0%, when i rescan the channels they suddendly work. Im very curious what might be the issue here? I have vuzero 4k. And yes i do use streamrelay for some channels mainly Sky DE and also have the whitelist in the config and in the bouquet folders. Im using samur OSCam r11718-798
OpenATV channels need a rescan?

You don't need any bouquet for skyde. It looks like you have both userbouquet and whitelist_streamrelay. I wrote to you on the oscam thread what you have to do. In etc / enigma2 delete userbouquet if you have it and leave only whitelist_streamrelay. Scan the entire Astra satellite and restart the box. Then turn on 'Play with streamrelay' in the menu and open skyde channels normally in the channel list.About your version of oscam install the latest version by samur , 11784-r801.

Hello so the problem is having userbouquet and streamrelay? im sorry but im dumb and i dont know what the streamrelay really does, i just saw i need it for sky_de. I have userbouquet because i have my own programme channel i made by dreambox edit. If i delete it and scan the whole satelitte that means i will not have my own channels anymore right? is there any way to have both? :/. Thank you very much!

First of all, you're not dumb. You can use your userbouquet, that's not a problem. You probably didn't 'edit' it well. That's why you have a black screen and SNR 0% for some channels. By scanning you will not lose your bouquet and it's mandatory when you have streamrelay. If you don't scan the entire satellite, you'll still have a black screen on some skyde channels. In the last month there have been a lot of changes with skyde, as regards the change of some channels to new frequencies, and some channels have also changed their names. If something is not clear to you, ask again.

Hello, i tried to edit the userbouquet but no matter what i do the problem still occurs for some channels, black screen and SNR 0% and i have to rescan the programe to be able to get the image. I'm not really sure what to do. Would really appreciate your help.

Which user bouquets are you having problems with? For skyde, do as I explained (satellite scan, restart image). What are the channels with a black screen and SNR 0%.
