Streamlinkproxy Python3 Only discussion & support

    The problem is that I have an Mutant HD 51 Streamlink 760 this one works with Twitch and the most Youtube cams live. But no other than. On the Gigablue Quad 4K pro Streamlink 8.1.0 only Twitch is not working. I get there an screen OFFLINE and than is it black. I don't lnow how I can make an Log

    The problem really lies with you. You have multiple Streamlink daemons (streamlinkproxy, streamlinksrv) installed on your box. /usr/sbin/


    If you want to use streamlinkproxy plugin without any problems for Twitch and YouTube and others,

    all you need to do is install the streamlinkproxy plugin and nothing else.

    Streamlinkproxy plugin has everything already pre-installed (Streamlink, plugins and dependencies) inside the plugin.

    Just install enigma2-plugin-extensions-streamlinkproxy then all works.


    - install enigma2-plugin-extensions-streamlinkproxy

    - reboot box

    - all works. Works best with #SERVICE 5002: (exteplayer3/serviceapp)

    Tested with the official OpenPLi Scarthgap SF8008 image on my DM920.

    Also works with other Open images.

    Just rewrite the exteplayer binary from any image where you think it works as it should, into the one you are currently using.

    As you know, I use OpenPli 10, also known as Scart... I have problems with Twitch on almost every receiver, but the rest works fine. Tonight, I opened the Scart software on December 27, 2025, loaded and unpacked it, and didn't restore a backup. I re-entered everything manually. First, I used the Service app. Then I installed the Streamlink software manager. Then I installed Streamlinksrv.


    Then I turned it off and on again, and I watched YouTube and Skyline. They work fine. But no Twitch channels. Then I installed the enima2-plugin-extensions-streamlinkproxy_8.1.0_all.ipk plugin, but no change. I only saw an OFFLINE slide on Twitch. Then I opened the Software Manager plugin. When StreamlinkSRV was removed, I put it on Gooi TV Twitch.... Receiver turned off and behold, it worked... Then happily I went to Skyline Cam, unfortunately not... Receiver turned on and behold, it worked... Then I went to Gooi TV Twitch... and first to a normal channel and then to Skyline Cam, and that works too, so I think something is wrong with switching. I tried it on a Gigablue Quad 4k pro, a Mutant HD 51, and a VU duo 4k SE, all the same problems. It's not a criticism, but I hope you can use it. I think it's really impressive what we're all doing here in the forum....

    streamlinksrv ? read post #362 again.

    Read carefully. It's either install "enigma2-plugin-extensions-streamlinkproxy" and nothing else.

    Or streamlinksrv from the pli feed, which also installs Streamlink, but doesn't work with Twitch.


    If you choose to install this plugin "enigma2-plugin-extensions-streamlinkproxy" (best solution for you to play twitch and yt streams)

    You don't need to install streamlink or streamlinksrv. Everything is already included in enigma2-plugin-extensions-streamlinkproxy

    I use OpenPLI Scarthgap (known as OpenPli 10 :beaming face with smiling eyes: ). All examples and screenshots are made using this image. Until you show logs of how something isn't working for you, NO ONE WILL HELP YOU. This applies to both streamlinksrv and streamlinkproxy.

    I copied the Exteplayer3 and ffmpeg files from OpenAtv 7.5.1 to OpenAtv 7.6.

    I ran the telnet codes you provided.




    I also copied the missing lib files to OpenAtv 7.6. As a result, Exteplayer3 v69 worked and there were no interruptions in the live broadcast.

    I see. The binary was compiled using external libraries. Too bad. That won't work. But it was worth a try ... How about downloading the IPK from the image feed where it works and then simply installing it in OpenATV 7.6?

    As far as I can see, the ipk package specifies the necessary libraries for this binary.

    I suspect that if you take this IPK from OpenATV 7.5.1 and install it in 7.6, then... it might work.
