GTMEDIA V8UHD PROBLEM OF 4K

HI GUYS i just bought few days ago gtmedia v8uhd

and find out when i click on NASA TV 4K ON HOTBIRD OR RAI 4K ON HOTBIRD

AND BACK TO HD OR SD CHANNEL EVEN THE MENU AND EVERY COLOR CHANGE IT BECOME MORE DARKER AND SHADE ! is that normal or am i the only got this problem

i click on rai 4k

then i back to other channel i find out all system color changed to darker

but when i click on eleven sport 1 4k it become normal non of the menu or list channel or system color been changing ! but it happen on some 4k channnels and its anoying because i have to turn of the gtemdia again and let the old color setting back to normal !

is this problem normal or am i the only one having this problem

my tv is samsung hd i bought a 5 years ago its smart but it doesnt have 4k option in it ...

i hope i get help and answer from gtmedia v8uhd owners

i m sorry for your lose of money ! i had one old reciever called starsat its cheaper and thing work perfectlywith 4k and everything is amazing !

and on 4k HDR channels if you notice the channel logos pulsate

not just the logos but the whole image

you need to disable HDR to get a stable image
